Dr. Bryant

   Dr. Alan “Rock” Bryant is a second-generation dentist, having practiced in Dallas for 40 years, 30 of those years with his father.  Originally from Oklahoma where he graduated high school, his undergraduate studies were at Austin College and Baylor University.  He then began the four-year curriculum at Baylor College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1971 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
   After spending two years in the Navy as a dental officer assigned to the Marines at Camp LeJeune, N.C; Dr. Bryant returned to Dallas to join his father in the practice of dentistry. He is a member  of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Dallas County Dental Society; the Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry; International College of Dentistry, past member and president of the Texas Academy of Dental Practice Administration and the Guatemala-Texas Dental Study Group.  He has taught at Baylor College of Dentistry and the L.D. Pankey Institute and is currently a clinical instructor at Baylor, serving the senior dental students.

   Dr. Bryant is married to Sharon, his wife of 44 years. They have four children and four grandchildren.
